Activity description

With more than 75 years of experience, ELLENA focuses its activities on three main fields: additive manufacturing, precision machining and assembly.

Thanks to the experiences developed with these technologies, ELLENA supports its customers with co-design, industrialization, value engineering, additive manufacturing development and supply chain management.

ELLENA, leveraging its experience, can propose a great manufacturing solutions to obtain a finished product, whether it is a single component or an assembled group.
In house additive manufacturing solutions can be offered in different metallic alloys. Machining operations are performed in ELLENA state-of-the- art machining department. Mechanicals and mechatronics assembly operations can be also carried out in ELLENA ISO 7 clean room, with pneumatic and hydraulic tests up to 2.000 bar.
Relying on its ISO 9100, 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications, ELLENA aims to ensure the highest standards of production reliability. Through continuous improvement and consolidated Industry 4.0 implementations, ELLENA ensures quick executions and competitive solutions.
