Samec Automation Systems is a leading company in designing and manufacturing modular tooling systems for sheet metal handling on transfer presses and robotized inter press lines. Metal stamping becomes safe, efficient and compact by employing Samec’s gear brackets with a particular toothed configuration that can reach unlimited combinations.
Besides Automation Systems, they also manufacture Linear Systems as ball-bushing aluminum blocks and slides for round guides, cams and rails for multiple limit switches complying with DIN 69639. We have a wide and advanced machine fleet such as the 5 axis milling machine DMG DMU 50, horizontal machining centers MAKINO A51 and A61NX and vertical ones MIKRON, CNC turning center Biglia B565YS, CAD-CAM work stations that enable us to do complex machining operations.
